We have only had our vacation rental condo on the rental market starting April 1, 2010. We have been busy doing a total, top to bottom renovation.

We've had a few rentals in the couple of months since completeing the renovations. Here is the feedback we'vew received so far:.

"We just spend February in this beautiful condo and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It has been upgraded beautifully with state of the art appliances and furnishings. "During past visits to the St. Petersburg area I have often driven past the Isla del Sol / Tierra Verde area and thought how nice it would be to stay here instead of some chain hotel further inland. Well, this year I did it and was very happy with every aspect of the stay. The condo is indeed very nicely decorated and equipped with every appliance and other equipment that one could want. A lot of thought was put into the details. The condo was very quiet and is ideally located for excursions both to the beach and to restaurants and shopping. Fort De Soto North Beach is particularly nice if you like uncrowded beaches. White sand, turquoise waters and blue sky. And not at all crowded ! Most people tend to go to the beaches close to the parking areas. That's fine with me (: Because if you park on the grass parking areas at North Beach and are willing to walk for 1000 feet you will have a picturebook perfect beach almost to yourself even on busy weekends. "This condo offered everything one would need plus more. It truly felt like a home away from home. The outside area was well monitored with security and ample lighting. The view of the pond area from the balcony was my favorite spot so quiet and serene. Upon arrival (which was a last minute reservation) the unit was clean and ready to use. Waterfront Rental Vacations were a joy to work with via phone and e-mail. They were extremely helpful and easily accessible.
